- Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
⚠️ Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Slippers unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. All other footwear categories (Boots, Sandals, Shoes) are eligible for returns and exchanges according to our standard policy.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:

- Get Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and documentation. Ship it to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. For international returns, please note that any customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.
Exchange Processing
If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color:
- We will ship your new item once we receive and process the returned product.
- Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
- If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
