Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the email template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Package your item securely in the original packaging, including all tags and documentation.
- Ship your return to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. For international returns, please note that any customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned items.
- Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.
Exchange Processing
If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or color:
- We will ship your new item once we receive and process the returned product.
- Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Slippers unless they are defective or incorrect items shipped by us. All other footwear categories are eligible for returns according to our standard policy.
